YES-European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs, the main association of young entrepreneurs in Europe, held its EXECOM Meeting & Conference in Milan, 2-4 April 2009.
The event hosted by Confindustria Giovani Imprenditori, the Italian member of YES, has been a great opportunity for young entrepreneurs from all over Europe to gather, to discuss the current issues and to exchange ideas on how to manage the present recession.
High level panellists such as Matteo Colaninno, (Member of the Italian Parliament-Partito Democratico), Daniele Capezzone (Spokesman – Forza Italia), Antonio Tajani, (Vice-President of the European Commission and Commissioner for Transports) among others were given the floor to present their views on the measures that should be taken to tackle the current crisis.
Martin Ohneberg, YES president and Federica Guidi, president of Confindustria Giovani Imprenditori concluded the debate, stressing the necessity of collaboration of entrepreneurs between the different European countries, as theyrepresent the key elements reviving the economy and enhancing a sustainable growth.
