Breakfast with Portuguese Angel Investors – click for a better resolution
Mr. Robert A. Sherman (Ambassador of the United States of America) and his wife Ms. Kim Sawyer invited the Portuguese Business Angels Community for a breakfast with a group of American entrepreneurs and investors, mostly of the Portuguese Diaspora, that are in Portugal to learn about the country’s entrepreneurship, technology and innovation level, with the purpose to better work the opportunities towards the economic growth of both countries.
This initiative has arrived with an enormous sense of opportunity, calling the attention to the power of smart money, at a time when Portugal is facing serious problems, but at the same time, a rise in opportunities.
These networks are fundamental to create synergies in the process of international scaling for selected start-ups.
I would like to congratulate Mr. Ambassador’s wife for her special interest in promoting the Portuguese Entrepreneurship and Start-ups.
